My Thoughts and Feelings Grief Journal (Hardcover)
This writing journal is for grief and loss survivors. I hope that this journal gives grief and loss survivors a place to write their reflections, feelings, and thoughts as they navigate the grief journey. Each writing page includes words of inspiration, encouragement, and hope. This grief writing journal also offers space for you to express yourself with art when an image captures your feelings and emotions better than words can. After the loss of my beloved son in 2015, my journal became my companion that I take everywhere I go. Some days, I fill multiple pages, and other days, I may write just one word that describes how I feel that day or at that moment. Journaling continues to give me a sense of peace and a way of releasing all of my feelings and emotions. Journaling can be a way to exhale.
