Fred Bailey is one of those and has found his living and all aspects of his life from on, around and beneath these waters for several decades. in a time of growing environmental awareness and a questioning about our place in the universe 'The Water Rushing By' is an anthology of observation, inspiration and awareness about this precious corner of the planet.
