David was born in 1976 and grew up in Yateley, Surry. He moved to West Sussex in 1986 to complete his schooling and lives there now with his wife and their three children. With a vivid imagination and a keen eye for art, David, draws all the illustrations for his books including the front and back covers. He started writing in 2009, on this his first book Jamie Pond In Rise Of The Heron, and has plans to write three more books in the Jamie Pond Series. Jamie Pond In Rise Of The Thunder Rabbit being the next in the series. David enjoys writing children's books, and on the odd occasion maybe a book for the bigger kids.
