Misfits, by Michaela Coel

As with everything she touches, this lecture-turned-manifesto by the Ghanaian British creator of HBO's I May Destroy You is a powerful exercise in using humor not to mask pain, but to stand beside it. Exploring the divide between voices we're allowed to hear and those too often sidelined, Coel examines the power structure behind both TV and the larger culture it helps shape, showing how "misfits," by learning to "embrace as many perspectives" as possible, an knock down the pillars that keep themselves in place at the expense of others.
